     REFERBIB

The REFERBIB doctype is for refer(1) bibliographic databases. It has been tested against reference AT&T records and implements Ohio State's HCI bibliographic project extensions. It currently supports the concept of "Unified Field Names" via a `compile-time' define in the source.
